making a purchase on the shop:
if you wish to make purchases on the shop, you may be asked to supply certain information, including credit card or other payment mechanism information. you agree that all information you provide for purposes of making purchases will be accurate, complete and current

your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product. once you have completed an online purchase, if we are able to accept your order, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and the order details. all orders are subject to acceptance and product availability

you agree to pay all charges incurred by users of your account and credit card or other payment mechanism at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. you also will be responsible for paying any applicable taxes and shipping/handling relating to purchases on the shop

all prices shown on the website are in pounds sterling and inclusive of VAT

you must check all the details on this confirmation email are correct and contact shop@wagamama.com as soon as possible if any details are incorrect

all prices listed on wagamama.com are correct at the time of entering the information, however, we reserve the right to change prices of any product at any time. all prices include sales tax

postage:
all our items are sent using royal mail. our standard uk delivery charges are set at £3. we do not charge any extra based on other items added to order. for uk recorded delivery an additional 70p will be added

international orders are charged at a standard rate of £6 and international signed for will be an additional £3.54

please allow up to three working days for orders to be delivered. sometimes recorded delivery items may take longer. at peak delivery times such as christmas, normal deliveries may incur delays and we would advise that orders placed for special occasions are made in good time

we take care for the best packing and do our utmost to prevent the products from damage however guaranties can not be given

returns policy:
if you decide to send back the items, you have the right to cancel your order with us at any time within 7 days of receiving your goods. please email shop@wagamama.com to do so

we will refund you within 30 days after arrival of the article. it must be undamaged and not used. we also advise that you send any items recorded delivery as wagamama ltd takes no responsibility for items being lost while returned to us

should you cancel the contract, we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods, this will not include delivery charge if you have cancelled after your order has been dispatched. you can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 3 weeks of our receiving your notification that you wish to cancel the order and all refunds will appear in your account
