time to talk day

together with mind charity, we’re on a mission to encourage more conversation around mental health. conversation has been proven to reduce stress + anxiety and is a powerful step towards better mental health. so, on time to talk day, we teamed up with mental health activists' bryony gordon, dr rangan chatterjee, matt johnson + jessica smith for a truly inspiring discussion to kickstart the conversation. open mouths. open minds
