since ’92 we’ve created two katsu favourites for our yasai (veggie) lovers out there!
sweet potato, aubergine and butternut squash coated in crispy panko breadcrumbs are the hero of our yasai katsu curry. it’s graced our menu for a while now + has gained a loyal following over the years. this year we altered the salad dressing, making it also vegan friendly!
the creation of vegatsu, our vegan hero came about after our plant-based team members told us they missed the texture of our classic katsu curry. since its launch in january, it’s popularity has rivalled the original!
