a safety host will greet guests at the door + manage flow in and out of our restaurants

we're seating guests safely apart using our new movable screens

our kitchens are running on smaller teams to support social distancing

hygiene routines are enhanced with hand sanitiser stations for guests + increased protocols for team members

we're keeping benches clear, resetting them only when needed + sauces are sanitised after each use

our menus are now on placemats making them disposable
