Bryony Gordon is a columnist at The Daily Telegraph, and author of three books - Mad Girl, The Wrong Knickers and Eat, Drink, Run. She is the creator of the Mad World podcast and also founded Mental Health Mates, a national initiative where people can meet, walk and talk. Bryony has run the London Marathon twice in order to raise awareness about two issues close to her heart – mental health and positive body image

Jessica has been volunteering for Nightline for seven years. She initially trained as an Active Listener for her local service before taking on the role of Publicity and Fundraising for the National Association after graduation. In her current role as Head of External Communications, Jessica manages a department of volunteers working towards the exciting plans for the charity's 50th Anniversary in 2020.
