wagamama x youngminds

YoungMinds want to see a world where no young person feels alone with their mental health + all young people get the support they need, when they need it, no matter what

at wagamama, we want to help them achieve this + since 2020 we’ve been working with YoungMinds to help make young people’s mental health a priority

In 2021 we have committed to doing three key things together to help us achieve this goal:

  • implement a nationwide survey to understand what societal changes young people would like to see with regard with their mental health in order to create a blue-print for change alongside young people
  • funding to help YoungMinds continue the important work they do including a commitment to donating all wagamama profits made on our new cook at home range to YoungMinds
  • Continued + relentless elevation of youngminds work + resources including YoungMinds essential crisis messenger service

every bowl makes a difference

launched during lockdown, wok from home helped people connect over cooking. katsus were created in kitchens across the uk + conversations which started over a recipe, were finished over empty bowls

lockdown lifted + we were left inspired to help more people enjoy the mental + physical benefits of cooking

so we made a new wagamama cook at home range, to help you cook up more than a meal, in support of better mental health

the range is out now in selected retailers + all wagamama profits of the range will be donated to our charity partner YoungMinds

every conversation had. every meal shared. every bowl made. makes a difference
