how to make bang bang cauliflower

step one

make the bang bang cauliflower

  1. add the oil to a wok over a high heat. once the oil is hot add your cauliflower + onions, and stir-fry for 5–8 minutes until browned 

  2. add the spring onions to the pan, and toss together

  3. stir in the firecracker sauce + simmer to heat through

  4. divide the cauliflower between 2 serving bowls + top with grated fresh ginger + coriander
