the promoter of the soul club’s december gift drop prize draw (“prize draw”) is: wagamama limited, company number 02605751, registered office address 5-7 marshalsea road, london, england, se1 1ep (“promoter”, “we” or “us”).
2.1 eligible soul club members will be automatically entered into a prize draw upon making an eligible transaction of £12 or more in any participating wagamama restaurant in the uk and paying for their bill using the soul club app from 1 december 2025 to 31 december 2025 inclusive.
2.2 by entering the prize draw, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and you agree that our decision is final and binding in all matters relating to the prize draw. if you fail to comply with these terms and conditions your entry will automatically be void.
3.1 the prize draw will run from 00:00 on 1 december 2025 (“opening date”) to 23:59 on 31 december 2025 (“closing date”) inclusive (“prize draw period”).
3.2 to enter the prize draw, participants must make an eligible transaction of £12 or more in any participating wagamama restaurant in the uk and pay for it using the soul club app during the prize draw period. eligible participants will be automatically entered into the prize draw but can opt-out by notifying the promoter at https://www.wagamama.com/contact-us.
3.3 the prize draw is reserved for in-restaurant dining only. delivery and click-and-collect orders are excluded.
3.4 there is a maximum of one entry per soul club member per day during the prize draw period.
4.1 subject to condition 4.2 below, the prize draw is open to all registered soul club members aged 16 years or over, but the winner of the grand prize and their guests (see condition 5.1 below) must be aged 18 years or over.
4.2 the prize draw is not open to:
employees of the promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;
employees of agents or suppliers of the promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the prize draw or its administration; or
members of the immediate families or households of the above.
4.3 in entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. the promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize draw including proof of age. we reserve the right to refuse entries if you are unable to do so.
5.1 the following prizes are available during the prize draw period in the quantities shown:
(a) week 1 (1 – 7 december 2025 (inclusive): 500 x hoodies or t-shirts available;
(b) week 2 (8 – 14 december 2025 (inclusive): 500 x wagamama cookbook and chopsticks gift sets available;
(c) week 3 (15 – 21 december 2025 (inclusive): 1000 x £20 wagamama gift cards available;
(d) week 4 (22 – 28 december 2025 (inclusive): 4000 x free wagamama main dishes and 4000 x free wagamama side dishes available;
(e) grand prize – “festive feast at the bench”: 1 prize for 1 x winner + 5 guests for a private wagamama dining experience in a wagamama restaurant in london (including travel and accommodation up to the value of £300 per person). The winner of the grand prize and all 5 guests must be 18 years of age or over.
5.2 prizes are subject to availability and clothing may not be available in your preferred size. there is no cash alternative for the prize, and the promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.
5.3 the prize is not negotiable or transferable.
5.4 the prize cannot be replaced if it becomes lost, damaged or stolen.
6.1 each winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries. in total there will be 10,001 winners throughout the prize draw period, in the quantities set out at condition 5.1 above.
6.2 the winners of each of the weekly prizes will be selected and notified weekly throughout the prize draw period including instructions to claim their prize. the winner of the grand prize will be notified in the week commencing 5 January 2026.
6.3 the decision of the promoter is final, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
6.4 the promoter will contact each winner personally as soon as practicable after the date of the relevant prize draw, using the email address associated with the soul club account used for the prize draw entry.
6.5 the promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner. if the winner cannot be contacted, or has not responded or claimed their prize within 10 days of being contacted, the winner will forfeit their right to a prize. the promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to another eligible entrant randomly selected from the eligible entries that were received before the closing date.
7.1 each winner will receive instructions on how to claim their prize. some prizes are fulfilled by the promoter’s third party service provider and the winner may be required to access a third party site to select and claim their prize. the promoter does not take responsibility for the operation of the third party service provider’s site.
7.2 please allow 60 days for delivery of the prize.
7.3 the prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
7.4 the promoter will not pay any expenses incurred in connection with the prize draw, including acceptance and use of the prize, except for travel and accommodation expenses included in the grand prize.
8.1 insofar as is permitted by law, the promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. your statutory rights are not affected.
8.2 the promoter does not accept responsibility for (i) any postponement or cancellation of the prize draw; (ii) any loss, changes to, postponement of, or use of the prize, or (iii) any act or default of any third-party supplier.
9.1 all prize draw entries and any accompanying material submitted to the promoter will become the property of the promoter on receipt and will not be returned.
9.2 by submitting your prize draw entry and any accompanying material, you agree to assign absolutely to the promoter all your intellectual property rights held in the prize draw entry with full title guarantee and waive absolutely all moral rights.
10.1 by entering the prize draw, participants are providing their personal information to the promoter. we will, at all times, process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy, the uk data protection act 2018, and applicable laws.
10.2 we are required to either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place and to comply with this obligation we will send the surname and country of residence of the winner to anyone who emails satoru@wagamama.com within one month after the expiry of the prize draw period (as set out above). by entering the prize draw, the winner agrees to the disclosure of their surname and country of residence. see also condition 6.4 with regard to the announcement of the winner.
11.1 if there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the promoter may, at its sole discretion, exclude you from participating in the prize draw.
11.2 the promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
11.3 these terms and conditions are governed by english law. if any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the united kingdom.
