1. qualification of prize draw participants
those completing the survey will have the option to enter the prize draw at the end of the survey. the prize draw is open to customers aged 18 years or over except employees, agents or directors of wagamama ltd (“wagamama”), hgem ltd (“hgem”, wagamama and hgem together, “the organisers”), purple wifi ltd, or wireless social limited, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw
the organisers accept no responsibility for failed prize draw entries as a result of the provision of an invalid email address or incomplete survey entries, or entries that have failed as a result of any technical issues or for any other reason
the prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary
individuals can be asked for their feedback in two ways:
eat in wagamama experience
after individuals use the in-restaurant wifi or pay on phone service they will be sent an email asking if they would like to complete a survey which, once completed, will then give the option for the individual to enter the prize draw. only one entry per person is permitted
click + collect wagamama experience
after individual has ordered via our click + collect platform they will be sent an email asking if they would like to complete a survey which, once completed, will then give the option for the individual to enter the prize draw. only one entry per person is permitted
winners may be required to give proof of age before receiving their prize
on entry, applicants must provide a valid email address for us to contact you if you win
2. prizes
the prize is a wagamama voucher, the value of which is defined below
a prize is awarded once per calendar month. each month there will be five winners of a £100 wagamama voucher each. only one entry per individual will be accepted for a single calendar month. the prize draw will remain open indefinitely until it is withdrawn by the organisers. the organisers will provide three months’ notice that the prize draw is ending
the prize will be delivered by post or as an e-gift card and is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, no cash alternative is offered
3. prize draw winners
the winners will be selected at random by an independent third party from all the correctly and fully completed survey entries registered for the prize draw during the previous monthly period
the winner will be contacted by email within 10 days of the end of each monthly survey period. the winner must provide a postal address to claim their prize
winners who are notified must claim their prize within 10 days of notification of their win. if we are unable to contact a winner for any reason within 10 days or the winner does not respond within 10 days of being notified, the potential winner shall forfeit their prize and another winner will be randomly selected
the organisers are required to either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. to comply with this obligation the organisers will send the first name and county of the prize winner to anyone who emails satoru@wagamama.com within one month after the relevant monthly draw closing date (as stated above). if you object to any or all of your surname or county being published or made available, please contact the organiser at satoru@wagamama.com. in such circumstances, the organisers must still provide the information to the advertising standards authority on request
4. prize draw regulation
in the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct or the results of the prize draw, the decision of the organisers shall be final
by entering this prize draw, applicants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions
the organisers reserve the right to disqualify any applicant if they have reasonable grounds to believe the applicant has breached any of these terms and conditions
the organisers reserve the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so
prizes are not transferable
the prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by english law and applicants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the english courts
personal data supplied during the course of this prize draw will be processed as set out in wagamama’s privacy policy
