where can I check the expiry date of my giftcard?

please email your 16 digit giftcard number to giftcards@wagamama.com who will look into this for you

my giftcard expired during lockdown. can this be extended?

any giftcards purchased from 1 january 2020 to 1 april 2021 have been automatically extended by a further 13 months. please give your giftcard to a member of the team + use as normal

my giftcard was bought before lockdown + has now expired. can this be extended?

please send your 16 digit voucher number to giftcards@wagamama.com so the team can investigate

I’ve lost my giftcard, is there anything you can do?

our terms + conditions state your giftcard should be treated as cash as we cannot replace lost or stolen giftcards. if you have any information for your giftcard i.e the giftcard number, order confirmation etc, please send it to giftcards@wagamama.com so the team can investigate

can I use my giftcard for delivery orders?

no, our giftcards cannot be used for deliveries

can I use my giftcard for takeout or click + collect?

gift cards are accepted on click + collect and also for takeout orders which are placed + paid for in restaurant

I’ve seen you’ve got a restaurant in another country, can I use my giftcard there?

our giftcards are only redeemable in england, scotland + wales

I’ve been sent an e-giftcard, do I need to print this off?

you can print this off or please show your e-giftcard on your phone to a member of the team

how long is my giftcard valid for?

giftcards are valid for 13 months from the date of last use

do you accept all4one giftcards or teen/ student choice giftcards?

we do accept these giftcards but they are only redeemable in restaurant. you can also go to a restaurant directly + make a takeout order
