how our bookings work

we are open for bookings, so if you’re planning a gathering for a group of four or more, you can now book one of our benches! to make your booking, just enter the wagamama restaurant name you’d like to book for, and tell us when you’d like to come and how many people you’re bringing. then, you’ll be able to see what’s available to book and secure your spot. for groups of 20+ please phone up your restaurant of choice. Some locations may offer bookings for under four people

want to know what’s on the spread? well, we can’t reveal all just yet. but what we can say is that the the cranberry katsu will making its return, along with brand new dishes hitting the bench exclusively for the festive season. with these and some of your wagamama favourites, you’ll have plenty to choose from, with your choice of 2 courses for £23, or 3 for £28. and if you book early before october 15 for between november 18 and january 5, we’ll welcome you with a glass of prosecco on us*

faqs for group bookings

how many people do i need for a group booking?​

at the moment we are taking bookings for groups of four or more. With some exceptions for smaller party sizes at limited locations

how long do we get the table for?​

if you make a booking your table is secured for 90 minutes. but don’t worry, if you need a little longer, just ask and we’ll do our best

will we all be sat on one table?

we’ll always do our best to seat your group as close together as possible. if we need to split you across tables, we’ll make sure you’re sat near enough to still feel like one big table

can i still use offers or rewards when booking as a group?​

yes! you can both earn and use soul club rewards when dining with a group booking, and blue light card offers still stand, too

can we bring a birthday cake or our own food?​

to keep everyone safe from potential allergens, we can only allow pre-packaged food for celebrations + this includes no nuts. if you’re celebrating a birthday, just let us know so we can make it special in our own way

what about if my group size is above 20

all group sizes are welcome at wagamama, so round up your favourites and book your spot. good food, good vibes, great company. we only ask that for groups of 20+, please give us a call so we can accomodate
