1. the promoter
the promoter of the wagamama mother’s day bouquet & voucher prize draw (“prize draw”) is: wagamama Limited, company number 02605751, registered office address 5–7 marshalsea road, london, england, se1 1ep (“promoter”, “we” or “us”).
2. the prize draw
2.1 the prize draw is free to enter and is a random prize draw to win one seasonal bouquet per month in april, may, and june 2026 (three bouquets total), delivered towards the end of each month, plus one £300 wagamama e-voucher.
2.2 by entering the prize draw, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and you agree that our decision is final and binding in all matters relating to the prize draw. if you fail to comply with these terms and conditions your entry will automatically be void.
3. how to enter
3.1 the prize draw will run from 12:00pm GMT on sunday 15th march 2026 to 23:59pm GMT on sunday 22nd march 2026.
3.2 to enter the prize draw, participants must share the competition post on their story on the applicable social media platform and comment on the post stating what they love most about their mum or mama figure.
4. eligibility
4.1 the prize draw is open to uk residents aged 18 years or over, excluding residents of northern ireland and the republic of ireland, except:
• employees of the promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;
• employees of agents or suppliers of the promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the prize draw or its administration; or
• members of the immediate families or households of the above.
4.2 maximum of one entry per person.
4.3 by entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. the promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize draw. we reserve the right to refuse entries if you are unable to do so.
5. the prize
5.1 the prize consists of:
• one seasonal bouquet per month in april, may, and june 2026 (three bouquets total), delivered towards the end of each month to a valid uk home address in england, scotland, or wales; and
• one £300 wagamama e-voucher, sent via email, to be used in a wagamama restaurant in england, scotland or wales in accordance with wagamama’s standard voucher terms and conditions.
delivery of bouquet is sent via a tracked service to the same UK postal address at monthly intervals.
the bouquet style and flowers are at the florist's discretion and subject to seasonal availability.
5.2 the prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
5.3 prizes are subject to availability. there is no cash alternative for the prize, and the promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.
5.4 the prize is not negotiable or transferable.
6. the winner
6.1 one winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received during the prize draw period.
6.2 the decision of the promoter is final, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
6.3 the promoter will contact the winner via direct message on the social media platform used to enter.
6.4 the winner must respond within 5 days of being notified to claim the prize. if no response is received within this time, the winner forfeits their right to the prize and the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random.
7. claiming the prize
7.1 the winner must provide a valid email address for the wagamama e-voucher and a valid uk home address (england, scotland, or wales) for delivery of the bouquets.
7.2 the prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
7.3 the promoter will not pay any expenses incurred in connection with the prize draw, including acceptance and use of the prize.
8. limitation of liability
8.1 insofar as is permitted by law, the promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. your statutory rights are not affected.
8.2 the promoter does not accept responsibility for (i) any postponement or cancellation of the prize draw; (ii) any loss, changes to, postponement of, or use of the prize; or (iii) any act or default of any third-party supplier.
8.3 this promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform.
9. data protection and publicity
9.1 by entering the prize draw, participants are providing their personal information to the promoter. we will, at all times, process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy, the uk data protection act 2018, and applicable laws.
9.2 by entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions and to wagamama’s privacy policy available here: our privacy policy | wagamama.
10. general
10.1 if there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the promoter may, at its sole discretion, exclude you from participating in the prize draw.
10.2 the promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
10.3 these terms and conditions are governed by english law. if any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the united kingdom.
