restless for fresh flavours + born out of a hunger to innovate, our test kitchen noodle lab was created. from charcoal noodles, plant-based fish + chips, katsu curry ice cream + the vegan ‘egg’ by gaz oakley. these talk-worthy test items have been savoured, reviewed + rated by you but nothing has come close to the amount of mentions, comments, messages + tweets we’ve received over the years about two certain bowls from wagamama’s past... so we’ve decided it’s time to give the people what the people want. testing now, we bring you two of the most loved bowls to have called the wagamama menu home, kare lomen + chilli men but since their departure, our menu has moved on + now 50% of our menu is plant-based. which is why we’ve given them the vegan treatment. bringing you the classics you know + love but with a twist. as well as tasty new vegan crab-cakes because this is noodle lab after all we’ve hit rewind + refresh for this test menu + we want to know what you think. should these fan-favourites stay?
