terms and conditions – june 2026
1. the promoter
the promoter of the football shirt prize draw (“prize draw”) is: wagamama limited, company number 02605751, registered office address 5-7 marshalsea road, london, england, se1 1ep (“promoter”, “we” or “us”).
2. the prize draw
2.1 the prize draw is free to enter and is a random prize draw to win one of three hundred (300) limited edition wagamama football shirts.
2.2 by entering the prize draw, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and you agree that our decision is final and binding in all matters relating to the prize draw. if you fail to comply with these terms and conditions your entry will automatically be void.
3. how to enter
3.1 the prize draw will run from 00:00 on 25 june 2026 (“opening date”) to 23:59 on 19 july 2026 (“closing date”) inclusive (“prize draw period”).
3.2 to enter the prize draw, participants must (a) spend a minimum of £12 in a single order from wagamama on the uber eats website or app during the prize draw period and (b) enter their registered soul club email address at checkout.
3.3 there is a maximum of one entry per soul club member during the prize draw period.
4. eligibility
4.1 the prize draw is open to all registered soul club members aged 16 years or over, except:
• employees of the promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;
• employees of agents or suppliers of the promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the prize draw or its administration; or
• members of the immediate families or households of the above.
4.2 by entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. the promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize draw including proof of age. we reserve the right to refuse entries if you are unable to do so.
5. the prize
5.1 the prize is one of three hundred (300) limited edition wagamama football shirts.
5.2 prizes are subject to availability. there is no cash alternative for the prize, and the promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.
5.3 the prize is not negotiable or transferable.
5.4 the prize cannot be replaced if it becomes lost, damaged or stolen.
6. the winner
6.1 a total of three hundred (300) winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries. there is a maximum of one (1) prize per person.
6.2 the promoter will contact the winner personally as soon as practicable after the closing date, via email to the winner’s registered email address and on the soul club app, including instructions to claim and redeem their prize.
6.3 the promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner of the prize draw. if the winner cannot be contacted, or has not responded or claimed their prize within 30 days of being contacted, the winner will forfeit their right to a prize. the promoter reserves the right to draw a new winner at random from all eligible entries that were received before the closing date.
6.4 the decision of the promoter is final, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
7. claiming the prize
7.1 each winner will receive instructions on how to claim their prize.
7.2 the winner must provide a valid UK postal address for shipment of the prize. please allow 60 days for delivery of the prize.
7.3 the prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
7.4 the promoter will not pay any expenses incurred in connection with the prize draw, including acceptance and use of the prize.
7.5 the prize will be fulfilled by a third party and is subject to sizing and availability.
8. limitation of liability
8.1 insofar as is permitted by law, the promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. your statutory rights are not affected.
8.2 the promoter does not accept responsibility for (i) any postponement or cancellation of the prize draw; (ii) any loss, changes to, postponement of, or use of the prize, or (iii) any act or default of any third-party supplier.
9. ownership of prize draw entries and intellectual property rights
9.1 all prize draw entries and any accompanying material submitted to the promoter will become the property of the promoter on receipt and will not be returned.
9.2 by submitting your prize draw entry and any accompanying material, you agree to assign absolutely to the promoter all your intellectual property rights held in the prize draw entry with full title guarantee and waive absolutely all moral rights.
10. data protection and publicity
10.1 by entering the prize draw, participants are providing their personal information to the promoter. we will, at all times, process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy, the uk data protection act 2018, and applicable laws.
10.2 we are required to either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place and to comply with this obligation we will send the surname and county of the winner to anyone who emails soulclub@wagamama.com within one month after the expiry of the prize draw period (as set out above at condition 3.1). by entering the prize draw, the winner agrees to the disclosure of their surname and county.
11. general
11.1 if there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the promoter may, at its sole discretion, exclude you from participating in the prize draw.
11.2 the promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
11.3 these terms and conditions are governed by english law. if any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the united kingdom.
