the promoter of the cranberry katsu t-shirt prize draw (“prize draw”) is: wagamama limited, company number 02605751, registered office address 5-7 marshalsea road, london, england, se1 1ep (“promoter”, “we” or “us”).
2.1 the prize draw is free to enter and is a random prize draw to win one of four (4) limited edition wagamama ‘cranberry katsu’ t-shirts
2.2 by entering the prize draw, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and you agree that our decision is final and binding in all matters relating to the prize draw. if you fail to comply with these terms and conditions your entry will automatically be void.
3.1 the prize draw will run from 00:00 on 5 december 2025 (“opening date”) to 23:59 on 11 december 2025 (“closing date”) inclusive (“prize draw period”).
3.2 to enter the prize draw, participants must like the ‘cranberry katsu’ post on any of the official wagamama UK and Ireland Instagram pages (@wagamama_uk, @wagamamaireland, @wagamama_ni) or wagamama UK TikTok page (@wagamamauk), follow the relevant page, and tag a friend in the comments section of the post.
4.1 the prize draw is open to anyone aged 18 years or over, except:
• employees of the promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;
• employees of agents or suppliers of the promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the prize draw or its administration; or
• members of the immediate families or households of the above.
4.2 by entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. the promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize draw. we reserve the right to refuse entries if you are unable to do so.
5.1 the prize is one of four (4) limited edition wagamama ‘cranberry katsu’ t-shirts, with two (2) available on Instagram and two (2) available on TikTok.
5.2 prizes are subject to availability. there is no cash alternative for the prize, and the promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.
5.3 the prize is not negotiable or transferable.
5.4 the prize cannot be replaced if it becomes lost, damaged or stolen.
6.1 a total of four (4) winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries, two (2) on Instagram and two (2) on TikTok. there is a maximum of one (1) prize per person.
6.2 the decision of the promoter is final, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
6.3 the promoter will contact the winner personally as soon as practicable after the closing date, via direct message to the winner’s Instagram or TikTok page used to make the prize draw entry.
6.4 if no response is received from the winner within 10 days, the winner forfeits their right to a prize and the promoter reserves the right to draw a new winner at random from all eligible entries that were received before the closing date.
7.1 the winner must provide a valid UK postal address for shipment of the prize. please allow 60 days for delivery of the prize.
7.2 the prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
7.3 the promoter will not pay any expenses incurred in connection with the prize draw, including acceptance and use of the prize.
8.1 insofar as is permitted by law, the promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. your statutory rights are not affected.
8.2 the promoter does not accept responsibility for (i) any postponement or cancellation of the prize draw; (ii) any loss, changes to, postponement of, or use of the prize, or (iii) any act or default of any third-party supplier.
8.3 the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or TikTok.
9.1 all prize draw entries and any accompanying material submitted to the promoter will become the property of the promoter on receipt and will not be returned.
9.2 by submitting your prize draw entry and any accompanying material, you agree to assign absolutely to the promoter all your intellectual property rights held in the prize draw entry with full title guarantee and waive absolutely all moral rights.
10.1 by entering the prize draw, participants are providing their personal information to the promoter. we will, at all times, process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy, the uk data protection act 2018, and applicable laws.
10.2 we are required to either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place and to comply with this obligation we will send the surname and county of the winner to anyone who emails satoru@wagamama.com within one month after the expiry of the prize draw period (as set out above at condition 3.1). by entering the prize draw, the winner agrees to the disclosure of their surname and county.
11.1 if there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the promoter may, at its sole discretion, exclude you from participating in the prize draw.
11.2 the promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
11.3 these terms and conditions are governed by english law. if any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the united kingdom.
