The promoter of the Wagamama Summer 2026 Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is Wagamama Limited (company number 02605751) with its registered address at 5-7 Marshalsea Road, London, England, SE1 1EP (“we”, “our”, “us”, or “wagamama”).
The Giveaway and how to enter:
1.The Giveaway is an opportunity to win a free side or brownie (“Prize”) between 29 June 2026 and 19 July 2026 inclusive (“Giveaway Period”) at all participating wagamama restaurants (each a “Restaurant”) from 16:00 to 19:00 every day of the week (“Giveaway Hours”).
2.To enter the Giveaway participants must wear a football shirt of their choice to a participating wagamama Restaurant in the UK or Republic of Ireland during the Giveaway Hours and purchase a full price adult main or kids’ bento box.
3.The Giveaway is free to enter on purchase of a full price adult main or kids’ bento box.
4.By entering the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and you agree that our decision is final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. If you fail to comply with these terms and conditions your entry will automatically be void.
Who can enter:
5.The Giveaway is open to all, provided that every participant is wearing a football shirt on entry into the relevant Restaurant.
6.wagamama employees, their families, or agents, wagamama affiliated companies, or any other person connected with the Giveaway may not enter the Giveaway.
7.We may ask you to verify your eligibility to enter and we reserve the right to refuse entries if you are unable to do so.
Prizes:
8.The Prizes are as follows:
·On purchase of a full price adult main – one free side per participant, from a choice of bang bang cauliflower, hot honey chicken and buldak spicy wings (subject to availability, while stocks last)
On purchase of a kids’ bento box – one free brownie per participant
9.There is a total of twenty-six (26) Prizes per Restaurant per day during the Giveaway Period. Prizes are distributed on a first come, first served basis and once all Prizes have been distributed by a Restaurant on a given day there will be no additional Prizes distributed that day.
Rules for entry:
10.Prizes are available every day from 16:00 to 19:00 during the Giveaway Period. You must be wearing a football shirt on entry to a participating wagamama Restaurant during the Giveaway Hours to be eligible for a Prize.
11.Only one entry per person per day for the Giveaway. Only one Prize may be redeemed per participant on a single visit to a Restaurant. A maximum of one Prize per participant per day.
12.Prizes are awarded on a first come, first served basis. There is no guarantee of a Prize during the Giveaway Hours.
13.Prizes may be redeemed on dine-in orders only (orders for take-out, delivery and click and collect are excluded).
14.Prizes are available in the UK and Republic of Ireland only.
15.There are no cash alternatives: the Prizes must be accepted as offered, are non-transferable and subject to availability.
16.We reserve the right to substitute the Prizes or any part of a Prize for equal or greater value if this is necessary for reasons beyond our control including non-availability of menu items or ingredients.
17.We will not pay any expenses incurred in connection with the Giveaway, including acceptance and use of the Prizes.
18.We may refuse to accept any entry and/or to select a winning entry at our absolute discretion.
19.We reserve the right to void, amend, suspend, or withdraw the Giveaway without prior notice in the event that it becomes necessary to do so.
20.We do not accept responsibility for (i) any postponement or cancellation of the Giveaway; (ii) any loss, changes to, postponement of, or use of the Prizes, or (iii) any act or default of any third-party supplier, which is outside of our reasonable control.
21.We accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by any participant resulting from entering the Giveaway or by your acceptance of a Prize, or any damage to your or another person’s property, computer or mobile phone equipment as a consequence of either downloading any material relating to the Giveaway or accepting a Prize. Nothing will exclude our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
22.By entering the Giveaway, participants may provide their personal information to wagamama. We will, at all times, process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, the UK Data Protection Act 2018 (for participants in the UK), the Irish Data Protection Act 2018 (for participants in the Republic of Ireland) and applicable laws.
23.This Giveaway, including these terms and conditions, are governed by the laws of England and Wales and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in the United Kingdom or Republic of Ireland (depending on your country of residence) in relation to any dispute arising under or in connection with the Giveaway and/or these terms and conditions.
